AppVerix Shipping Rates: Términos de servicio

These terms are an agreement between you (the merchant who installs the app) and AppVerix (“we”). By installing AppVerix Shipping Rates you agree to them.
1. What the app does
The app lets you build shipping-rate rules (zone, weight, cart total, tags, collections, contents), returns rates through a Carrier Service callback, offers fallback rates, and can hide or rename titles through a Delivery Customization Function. Live checkout rates need carrier-calculated shipping on the store plan. The app does not book labels or collect shipping payments.
2. Price and billing
- Three plans: $29, $59 and $99 USD every 30 days, each with a 14-day free trial. The price is not based on revenue or order volume.
- The platform bills you on your invoice. We never see your card.
- To cancel, use Settings in the app or uninstall it. The platform stops the charge. We don’t refund partial periods unless the platform’s rules or the law require it.
- You can change plan in the app without reinstalling; you approve the new charge.
- If we change the price we tell you at least 30 days before, and you approve the new charge.
3. Your responsibilities
- The rules are yours. You are responsible for the zones, amounts and titles you set, and for making sure your offer is lawful where you sell.
- Carrier-calculated shipping must be available on your store plan and turned on in Shipping and delivery. The app cannot enable that setting for you.
- Check rates with the test cart before you rely on them.
- Don’t use the app for anything illegal.
4. Data
How we handle data is in our Política de privacidad. We do not store destination addresses from the rate callback.
5. Availability and changes
We try to keep the app running but don’t promise it will never be down. If the callback cannot answer, checkout may show no app rates; configure fallback rates to cover that. We may change or improve features, and tell you in advance if we remove something you pay for.
6. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
7. Ending
You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We may suspend or end your use if you break these terms, with notice where reasonable. After you uninstall your data is deleted as described in the Política de privacidad.
8. Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction, unless consumer or other mandatory law in your country says otherwise.
9. Addendum de tratamiento de datos
By installing the app you also agree to the AppVerix Addendum de tratamiento de datos. It explains how we process personal data for you as your processor, which subprocessors we use, our security measures, deletion and how we notify you of a breach. Our security and incident response policy is public.
